Meg Sasse-Wallace, Founder & CEO
Meg Sasse-Wallace has dedicated over 30 years to the health care field, providing hands-on care in radiologic imaging as a Radiologic Technologist, Mammographer, and Sonographer. As founder and CEO of SI Medical Staffing, she launched the company in 2004, starting as a government contractor and building it from the ground up through expertise, dedication, and hands-on leadership.
A proud Native American, Meg has devoted her career to expanding access to high-quality health care, especially for underserved and Indigenous communities. Her compassion, cultural reverence, and commitment to service guide every aspect of her work. Whether staffing facilities, advocating for culturally competent care, or working alongside health care teams, Meg focuses on making meaningful connections that improve patient outcomes.
With decades of clinical experience and a lifelong passion for serving others, Meg leads SI Medical Staffing with integrity, purpose, and a heartfelt dedication to providing reliable, compassionate care to every community she serves.
Scott Mevers, Chief Operating Officer
Scott Mevers is a healthcare recruiter with over two decades of experience with two of the nation’s largest healthcare staffing firms, where he specialized in both permanent physician recruitment and travel assignment recruitment.
Scott has supervised teams that have successfully completed over 250 permanent placements and 500 travel assignment placements across all specialties including leadership roles.
Outside of work, Scott serves on the Board of the largest youth baseball organization in Atlanta and is the assistant baseball coach King middle school. His wife, Joanna is the Director of Clinical Operations at the Marcus Autism Center and holds the rank of Professor with Emory University School of Medicine. Scott has two children with his daughter Amelia starting her sophomore year at Emory University and his son Gray starting his Junior year of Highschool.
Scott Wallace, Chief Financial Officer
Scott Wallace serves as the Chief Financial Officer of SI Medical Staffing, bringing a unique combination of operational rigor, financial discipline, and decades of real-world experience to the organization. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanized Agriculture from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, a foundation that launched a 30-year career rooted deeply in ranching and agricultural equipment manufacturing.
Throughout his career, Scott has managed complex operations, overseen budgets, optimized production processes, and led teams through growth, change, and challenge. The agricultural sector demanded versatility, problem-solving, and an ability to make sound decisions.
Scott brings a grounded, practical, and strategic mindset to SI Medical Staffing. His diverse skill set, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence make him an exceptional asset to guide the company’s financial direction and support its mission of serving underserved and Indigenous communities in the healthcare arena.
